All orders placed on Swiss Clinic’s website or in-store are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion. Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirming the receipt of your order. This email is a confirmation only and does not signify our acceptance of the order.

Payment for your purchase must be made at the time of order. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, PayPal, or other payment methods as specified on the checkout page. All transactions are processed in CAD$, and prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Shipping Methods & Fees: We offer various shipping options, including standard and expedited shipping. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method.

  • Shipping Restrictions: We currently offer shipping to Canada and US only. If your order cannot be shipped to your selected address, we will notify you via email and refund the order in full.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2 (two) business days of receiving the order. Processing times may vary depending on the volume of orders or external factors such as holidays or weather conditions.
  • Delivery Time: Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and the destination. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Shipping Address: Please ensure the accuracy of the shipping address at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
  1. Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer the following return and refund options:

  • Eligibility for Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging – NO EXCEPTION! Skincare products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
  • Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 (five) business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Some products may be excluded from refunds, including but not limited to, clearance items, gift cards, and personalized products. Please check the product description for details.
  • Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error made by us (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at Beauty@SwissClinic.ca. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and issue a refund or replacement, depending on the situation.
